Pheww i dont know why but i feel blessed lately especially today. Theres a time people seems to give you hard time and all your effort are like flushed down the toilet. I just wanna say keep toiling your effort cause if you've tried hard enough then you should be grateful that God had given you an opportunity to prove yourself.

We are who we think we are
when people giving you hard time just think:

• i can do this, i know what was i thinking, think for success, then a good outcome will be yours
• pity people who dont know how to make others happy
• you still have to be happy cause you know how was it like to live your live without being uptight(again it depends on how you define happy life)

I rant my life as great when i have the best of both worlds, dunia wal akhirah. Workaholic is not my virtue, prof muhaya also on the same page as me. I dont think workaholic would live long. I want to be remembered as a people's people with good words, good energy and makes others happy. Yeah i count family, friends, workout and backyard chicken in my circle of happiness

my accomplishment today:done working out, i eat complex carbo for dinner (boiled sweet potato) and i read few topics. Best of all i know i'm not a loser.

Tengah2 tulis case write up uterine fibroid ada hati kau membebel di sini. Yelah, laluan keretapi merentas Eropah dah lama siap.Siap dengan jayanya, keretapi pulak selesa. Dek kerana rindukan keluarga yang jauh dimata namun dekat dihati berangan2lah cik eva kot2terjumpa doraemon dalam mimpi boleh tolong siapkan cwu uterine fibroid (tgal bahagian discussion sajork). Lepas tu nak minta pinjam pintu ke mana sahaja. Nak balik kampung jap cubit2 pipi adik. Makan kenduri ayah long sat....tapau gulai kambing. Nanti kita pegi lecture pukul 7 am. Deal??

pumpkin potage & beefy treats

It’s been 6 weeks abstinence from cooking. This is what OnG department had done to me. My apron is gotten all stringy with spider web. One magic matador sway and the web go away. I love pumpkin. Pumpkin on a rainy day… pumpkin on holiday…it doesn’t matter. Savory pumpkin potage is good to keep you warm but next time I want to make it sweet. Perhaps a pie.

I heard my neighbour are all excited about having family over (indicated by the noise), all friends are updating fb status about great food.Tonnes of happiness indicator detected. I guess this will be it...spend eid writing case write up and starting a soft diet (nothing beefy). This might not be the best way to spend eid but its a sacrifice. Doing what i had to do is better than just whining.

I will pray that Malaysia will be a better place to live, a better place to put my effort and may all muslim will realize that we need to sacrifice in order to have a better place in dunia wal akhirah. Now i leave you with a food for the soul [http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/18315779]

I've been in OnG department for about 5 weeks now. Generally i can say our country provides a good care to the people if its not the best. At least the public hospital wont turn the patient away. they'll manage as best as they could. The vid about maternal mortality in sierra leone worries me. If appointed gov cant take care of the people then there's nothing much the people can do. Poor people doesnt have a choice except going after an untrained personnel. The healthcare personnel doesnt have a choice except leaving the country for a paid job outside. Cant blame them either coz they also have a mouth to feed. The most potent solution is a strong political will by a good politician. Are there any good politician left on this earth?
